Smoked Pork Ribs

Ingredients

Serves 1 rack for 2 people

Method

  1. Rub the ribs in American mustard then coat generously with your chosen BBQ rub
  2. After pre-heating your smoker to around 135 degrees celcius, place your ribs on the grill and close the lid.
  3. After 1 hour 45 minutes, check that the ribs are nicely browned, and take off the heat so you can add some glaze and wrap in foil.
  4. Put them back on the smoker for XX mins??
  5. Take the ribs off the smoker, keep them wrapped and place into a tray and slide into the Junior Sous insulated food box to rest.

Rest for at least XX minutes to ensure XX. But the beauty of using the Junior Sous insulated box is that it will hold the heat until you are ready to serve - perfect for when you're still finishing off the sides, waiting for guests to arrive or have cooked early like the hosting legend that you are!
