Returns & Warranty

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Tucka Tribe products. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, providing a refund for the amount of the purchase price.

Return Requirements

Your return must meet these conditions:

  • Product is completely unused and in 'as new' condition, including:
    • No signs of wear, scratches, marks, or damage
    • Free from any food residue or odours
    • Product in original packaging
  • Return initiated within 30 days of purchase date
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase included

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Warranty

We have worked meticulously to design our products to be premium quality, made to last and support your entertaining escapades for years to come.

However, if you feel that there is an issue with the product you have received, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the product with you and work on a solution.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Failure to follow product care instructions
  • Damage caused by items that exceed the temperature tolerance of the product
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, surface deformations and discolouration
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

    • Product details and purchase date
    • Photos of the issue
    • Description of the problem
  2. Our team will assess your claim and provide return shipping instructions or replacement details if approved
